&asanas is a wellness collective located in London, ON. They offer both hot and non-heated yoga as well as hot and non-heated pilates, in addition to meditation classes, sound baths, breathwork practices, restorative practices, tea ceremonies, workshops, reiki treatments, massage therapy, and a zen lounge with complimentary tea.

As their vision for their business evolved, they felt the need to transform the brand into something that was better aligned with who they were becoming: a more serious, grounded, and impactful wellness hub. We refreshed their logo and general branding, and then took over their social media channels by managing their Instagram and creating their TikTok, as well as offering monthly content creation focused on the user-generated content style & vibe.
