Knots is a wellness space in Owen Sound that offers registered massage therapy, pre- and post-natal massage, myofascial cupping, indie head massage, and reiki healing. Knots believes that true healing goes way beyond the physical, and they embody that value in everything they do.

Knots was looking for two main things: a social media manager to update & manage their Instagram, and a specialist to update their brand kit, do a branding shoot, and redesign their website. We worked together to make sure that who they were online matched who they were in the clinic — we leaned on earthy and airy tones, infused gentleness and relaxation into every piece of content that went up, and represented who Knots is at the core through all digital touchpoints.
